Ant Marketing was founded in 1989 by one man, Anthony Hinchliffe, with one phone and one vision. Anthony’s vision was to provide the very best in telemarketing services. 20 years later, Ant Marketing is now one of the UK’s leading providers of outsourced call centre sales, marketing and customer services.
With our Head Offices located in Sheffield, we have 3 sites in the UK all located to give us access to a great labour pool allowing us to capitalise on our reputation as an employer and recruit high calibre people to work on your activity.
With over 700 employees, we are proud of the fact that our attrition rate is well below the industry average. Low attrition rates mean you benefit from the savings we make in recruitment and training costs as well as a greater depth of experience not only in our telephone agents but, crucially, in our management team.
We have a proven track record in handling large scale outsourced campaigns and operations for our Clients and delivering service excellence as well as cost control through managing for economies of scale.
