Our management team

We have a caring ethos which extends to our internal and external relationships. We firmly believe in investing in staff, providing ongoing training, opportunities to progress and a supportive, fun work environment. This creates dedicated professionals, a sense of community and team spirit, and  gives us a level of staff turnover considerably less than the industry average.  Playing a large  part  in the local community , we have recently launched  the Ant’s Children’s Charity – raising big money for little people with a whole range of activities, from fancy-dress days and raffles right up to parachute jumps for the braver members of the team!


Anthony Hinchliffe, CEO
Anthony set up Ant Marketing in 1989, in his home town of Sheffield. One man, one phone and a vision. As CEO Anthony plays a dynamic, hands-on role in the business. He oversees business development and expansion, and works closely with key clients.
Jonathan Liversidge, IT Director
With over thirteen years' commercial IT experience, gained in various blue chip environments and sectors, a Masters in IT and Management and a passion for effective technology use, Jonathan ensures we achieve significant advantage over competitors by utilising cutting-edge technology to deliver success with the speed and flexibility that sets Ant Marketing apart.

Tracy Lilley, Client Services Director
A member of our team since 1991, and a Member of the Market Research society,  Tracy oversees the day-to-day running of the company, and  the client satisfaction department, driving managers and staff to consistently deliver high standards of service. She is also in charge of compliance and manages the company’s processes to ensure we are fully compliant with industry requirements, including FSA and Ofcom regulations.

 


Andrea Basford, Operations Manager
With us since 2000, Andrea is responsible for managing our Sheaf Quay operation which is dedicated to our long-term, high profile, business to consumer campaigns. She also coordinates recruitment and training, and works with the client support managers to ensure the best performance across all areas and that we deliver the highest levels of service and client satisfaction .

Richard Nicholls, Operations Manager
Richard joined the Broomhill Management team in 2008 after a successful 4-year campaign management spell at our Sheaf Quay site.  The Broomhill site focuses on our business to business clients and Richard works closely with the Account Management team to ensure client expectations are exceeded and each of the 5 departments are reaching internal and external service levels.  Each department boasts a varied client base and he works closely with the client support managers to provide a tailored approach for each and every campaign.
