Basic Salary: £12,480 - £14,560 (Based on experience and campaign).
Uncapped Bonus: Top sellers earn in excess of £1,000 per month on top of their basic salary.
Location: Sheffield City Centre

The Role:


Due to our ever expanding business we are looking for reliable, enthusiastic, target driven, hard working and professional people who will represent our clients across our outbound telesales campaigns.


As a Telesales Executive you will be making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell and offer a variety of services, products and utilities.
Full product and systems training is given and individual development continues throughout your career with Ant Marketing.  We have strong policies and procedures that help and encourage all members of staff to reach their full potential both in terms of career progression and bonus payments.

The Hours:


Monday to Thursday 11am – 8pm
Friday 10am – 7pm

The Role:

Based at our UK headquarters in Broomhill, Sheffield, the successful applicants will concentrate their efforts and skills on outbound calling to Manager and Director level, to arrange appointments on behalf of our clients. Applicants will need to have previous experience of working in a targeted telesales environment and be able to demonstrate this.

Person Specification

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Business to Business experience in an outbound role - sales or appointment setting would be beneficial, but not essential
