Ant Marketing has been providing outbound appointment generation for one of the largest training providers in the UK. Ant Marketing is tasked with generating assessor appointments to sign up business employees onto an apprenticeship scheme or an NVQ qualification.

Appointment quality is achieved via a series of questionnaires completed by both the assessors and the learner after an appointment. Within the questionnaire the appointment is graded Very Good, Good, Average or Poor.

On a weekly basis, Ant Marketing delivers robust reporting, which consistently measures against the key performance indicators and an agreed service level.
