These people have expressed an interest in your company and require attention from your marketing team. Even if they haven’t bought from you yet, it shows that they will react favourably to the right approach. If you have a group of people that have shown interest in purchasing, it’s time to create a deeper relationship with them. This group requires a personal touch to give them that extra push to buy.
