Anthony Hinchliffe Managing Director
Anthony set up Ant Marketing in 1989, in his home town of Sheffield. From a single employee manning one phone line he has built Ant Marketing into the thriving, respected company it is today – with some 1,000 operatives handling millions of calls annually. As Managing Director Anthony plays a dynamic, hands-on role in the business. He oversees business development and expansion, and works closely with key clients. |

Jonathan Liversidge IT Director
With over ten years' commercial IT experience, gained in various blue chip environments and sectors, a Masters in IT and Management and a passion for effective technology use, Jonathan is well equipped to handle the immediate and strategic IT requirements of Ant Marketing. With a background in software development, Jonathan ensures Ant Marketing achieves significant advantage over competitors by utilising cutting-edge technology to deliver high-quality results with the speed and flexibility that sets Ant Marketing apart. |

Simon Hunter Account Director
With over six years’ industry experience, Simon Hunter looks after many of Ant Marketing’s key accounts. His primary role is ensure that strategies are designed to maximise return on investment for clients. Simon promotes the drive and direction internally that ensures successful delivery and high-quality service levels. With the growth of the industry in the past few years, many companies regard outsourcing telemarketing as a more viable route to market compared to direct marketing or an in-house operation. Simon is therefore dedicated to ensuring Ant Marketing’s unique results-driven pricing model and consultative campaign strategies continually ensure one of the highest client retention rates in the business.

Tracy Lilley Client Services Director
Tracy has been a dedicated member of the Ant Marketing team for over 14 years. She oversees much of the day-to-day running of the company, and manages the client satisfaction department, ensuring managers and employees are consistently delivering high standards of service to clients. She is also in charge of compliance and manages the company’s processes to ensure that they are fully compliant with all industry requirements, including FSA and Ofcom regulations. Tracy is also an Associate Member of the Market Research Society. |

Andrea Basford Operations Manager – Sheaf Quay Site
Andrea joined Ant Marketing in 2000 with 13 years’ experience in office management. Andrea is responsible for managing our Sheaf Quay operation which is dedicated to our long-term, high profile, business to consumer campaigns. She also coordinates recruitment and training, and works with the client support managers to ensure the best performance across all areas and that the highest levels of service and client satisfaction are delivered by Ant Marketing. |
