Over 100 delighted employees at Ant Marketing have been presented with their NVQ Level 2 Business Improvement Techniques certificates following their achievement of the qualification.
The courses, a mixture of classroom and practical study, took place over the summer months, involving members of staff from all areas of the business, at all levels and the course content focused on training the employees to identify and implement continual business improvements.
Tracy Lilley, Client Services Director stated “we are dedicated to offer formal qualifications such as NVQs to all of our employees and trust that their increased learning and training will benefit the business also. We are delighted with the pass rate of this course and are looking to invest in many more in the future.”
