On Monday 9th November, fundraisers from British Gas set off on a cross country event starting in Sheffield to raise money for Children in Need.
The group from British Gas started from Watercliffe Meadow Primary School, where they were met with the ANT from Ant Marketing, who deal with their outbound calls.
Anthony Hinchliffe, Chief Executive of Ant Marketing said:
“We are delighted that one our client is undertaking such a great charity fundraising event. The team are going up to Glasgow and then to Cardiff raising money along the way.
Pudsey Bear will be joining us at the school where we will be handing out sweets and fresh fruit to the children and the British Gas team will then be visiting our call centre before setting off on their journey.
We hope that people will help them to raise a significant donation to Children in Need and will offer them support along the way."
