Telesales Executives

OTE £17–£21k p.a. plus bonus

Job outline: The successful applicant will join a lively outbound sales team, making professional outbound sales calls to new and existing customers. You must be confident and sales-driven, resilient and prepared to deal with difficult customers. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Main responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to customers

  • Deal with confidential information
  • Deliver to individual KPIs
  • Provide customer service when required
  • Provide customers with product information
  • Undergo sales training
  • Update information on client databas

Appointment Setting Executives

OTE £19–£23k p.a. based on a 40-hour week

Job outline: The successful applicant will join a lively outbound team, making professional outbound calls to secure appointments on behalf of our clients. You must be confident and target-driven, organised and possess excellent communication skills. We expect our appointment setting executives to develop all contact opportunities to their fullest potential.

Main responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound business to business calls
  • Deal with confidential information
  • Deliver to individual KPIs
  • Provide customer service when required
  • Secure appointments for sales team
  • Undergo sales training
  • Update information on client database

International Telemarketing Executives

OTE £17–£21k p.a. based on a 40-hour week

Job outline: The successful applicant will join a lively team, taking inbound calls and making professional outbound calls on behalf of our clients. You must be confident and target-driven, and possess excellent communication skills.

We are currently seeking speakers of:

  • French
  • German
  • Italian
  • Scandinavian languages
  • Spanish

New Business Development Manager

Salary: £15k–£30k p.a. with OTE earning potential of over £50k

Job outline: The successful applicant will join an experienced team of sales professionals who are responsible for developing existing client relationships and sourcing new business partnerships for Ant Marketing within the UK. The successful applicant will be confident, pro-active and target-driven, and will ideally have previous positive field sales experience within a similar industry.

Main responsibilities: (working within designated industry sector)

  • Deliver to individual targets and KPIs
  • Develop existing business relationships for mutual profitability
  • Present business opportunities to new and existing clients
  • Prospect and obtain qualified appointments with decision-makers
  • Provide professional and articulate representation for Ant Marketing
