We have a wealth of experience and industry expertise in the eGaming industry throughout our business from senior management, IT support to project and team management and most importantly our front line agents. Our core expertise is telemarketing, of which 80% is Outbound and 20% Inbound. We have three call centres based in South Yorkshire, with two dedicated to B2C programmes and one for B2B operations and activities. Our two B2C flagship contact centres have seating capacity of 400 stations and deliver regulated telesales campaigns including outbound eGaming programmes.

There has been a huge increase in demand for our outbound telemarketing services from eGaming companies and we currently work and liaise with companies operating Lottery, Online Bingo, Online Casino and Sports Betting.

We are members of Direct Marketing Association, FCA authorised, PCI compliant, adherent to GamCare & Gamble Aware disciplines.

Whilst most players play for fun and entertainment, we recognise that a small percentage of players will attempt to play when they’re underage or allow gaming/gambling to control them and affect their lives.
