The Ant Kids charity was set up in 2009 to help and support disadvantaged, ill and socially deprived children in Sheffield. Since then, Ant Kids has continued to deliver support to those who require any extra help to maintain a good quality of life.
One of Ant Kids’ more recent donations was to Nether Green Junior School IR. Amy and the NGJS IR team sent the following letter, to thank Ant Kids Charity for our donations.
“The staff and children at Nether Green Junior School integrated resource (IR) would like to thank the staff at Ant Marketing for raising funds to provide equipment for the new sensory room and exciting upgrades to the main classroom.”
“We sincerely could not be more grateful for the support we have received from Ant Marking and are sure that the children will greatly benefit from our new equipment!”
The IR supports 15 children with significant and complex learning needs. The equipment that Ant Marketing raised funds for will go towards helping the children work on their physical, social and emotional targets. It will also provide children with spaces to have sensory breaks and a wider range of activities to support their play, as well as building an understanding of the wider world.
