Covid-19: Our Business Continuity Plan
Over the past month, Ant Marketing, like many other organisations, have been through an unpredictable experience. During this difficult time, we all need to stick together and get through this as best we can, and as such we’re treating the health and wellbeing of our staff as our main priority.
As per government guidelines, Ant Marketing’s policy is for all staff to work from home unless it is absolutely critical they remain in the office to perform their role. As such the office now only has a skeleton staff present to enable us to continue supporting our customers throughout this period.
We are keenly rolling out a home-working solution, but there are client requirements for some colleagues to be office-based while still maintaining social distancing best practices. We are currently boosting our home-working capability to ensure we get as many staff working remotely as possible. We are putting our staff’s welfare first and are supporting our self-employed contractors who are valued partners of ours. Throughout this transition, our team are navigating their way through social distancing and travel restrictions while continuing to uphold their brilliant levels of customer service.
Our CEO, Anthony Hinchliffe said:
“I am proud of the way Ant Marketing has pulled together and adapted so quickly while supporting not only our clients and partners but each other. Please keep doing all you can to help all those who need our assistance during these unprecedented times.
Like many bad things, this is only temporary, we will keep going until this is over and be there for our clients as well as any new organisations that may need our support.”
The UK Government has asked Ant to assist them and we will be helping people through this difficult time. We will be operational this week.
Thank you to the I.T, Ops, Training, Recruitment and Finance teams for pulling this together within 24 hours!
Stay safe.
