Our business is all about our people, so maintaining a positive inclusive ‘can do’ culture is a key priority. We encourage transparency and embrace diversity.

We continually invest in the welfare of our staff. This includes putting our managers through Mental Health England training to become mental health first aiders. We have also invested in an independent 24/7 mental health helpline for staff and run quarterly HR drop-in sessions for people to attend.


Ant Academy - primed for success

We’ve developed the Ant Academy, a comprehensive training and induction programme, to give all our new staff the best possible chance of success. When people join, they complete an induction, where they’re trained on soft and interpersonal skills prior to any specific project knowledge. They then receive ongoing training and support, through the programme, to help them to thrive within their roles.
