Our academy
We’ve developed the Ant Academy, a comprehensive training and induction programme, to give all our new staff the best possible chance of success. When people join, they complete an induction, where they’re trained on soft and interpersonal skills prior to any specific project knowledge. They then receive ongoing training and support, through the programme, to help them to thrive within their roles.
