We are thrilled to announce the return of Marius Remeikis to the Ant family as Senior Business Development Director. Marius’ journey with us has come full circle, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him back on board.
During his earlier tenure, Marius played an instrumental role in building strong partnerships and expanding Ant’s presence in the industry. Now, with a wealth of new experience, innovative ideas, and the same relentless enthusiasm that made him a standout team member, Marius is poised to make an even greater impact.

Welcome back, Marius! What motivated your return to Ant?
Thank you! Coming back to Ant feels like returning home. Ant has always been special to me – from the people to the opportunities it offers. I’ve had the privilege of serving in leadership roles here and experienced firsthand the culture of innovation and excellence. After working on business development initiatives elsewhere, I realised Ant is where I can make the greatest impact.
What do you see as your biggest strengths in your role?
My strengths lie in relationship-building, strategic thinking, and problem-solving. Business development is about more than just sales; it’s about understanding client needs, crafting tailored solutions, and building long-term partnerships. I thrive on working with diverse teams, developing high-impact strategies, and helping businesses scale internationally.
Beyond business, you’ve been deeply involved in philanthropy. Can you tell us more about your work with Ukrainian refugees?
This cause is very close to my heart. My wife and I have been actively supporting Ukrainian refugees in Sheffield, particularly through the Ukrainians in Sheffield social club and the United for Ukraine initiative. We’ve worked to provide essential resources like laptops to children so they can continue their education. I’m incredibly grateful for Ant’s support in these efforts, and it reminds me that businesses can have a profound impact on communities beyond just their commercial goals.
What are you most excited about in this new chapter at Ant?
I’m excited to reconnect with both familiar faces and new colleagues. My goal is to drive our business development efforts even further, strengthen our client relationships, and contribute to Ant’s continued growth and success.
