Laptops For Kids initiative

Ant Marketing are proud to be supporting the brilliant new #LaptopsForKids  initiative, helping to close the digital divide for children across Sheffield. 

As schools adopt new ways of teaching, it has left thousands of young people in Sheffield struggling with their studies and falling behind in their education due to lack of internet access at home. By donating to this project, we are helping make sure that every child gets safe access to the internet so they can fulfil their educational potential.

We have donated over 20 laptops already, with more on the way, along with many other businesses across Sheffield that have come together to help. 

Students at the WANdisco Data Academy at The Sheffield City College are securely erasing devices under the guidance of IT experts to ensure no personal data is left on donated machines. They are taking donations of old laptops, tablets or desktops – even old chargers. We need your help to close this digital divide by donating to the Laptops for Kids campaign.
